Shannon wants to be an architect one day. In her spare time, she likes to go on trail rides with her horse at Mendon Ponds Park.
As a Kid Reporter, she hopes to learn more about politics and the presidential election this year.
"I am very excited and I would love to meet and interview some of the candidates about their campaigns," she said.
Shannon is in the eighth grade in Pittsford, New York. She has two older stepbrothers, an older sister and a younger brother.
