About Ruth Manna
Ruth Manna is a second grade teacher and Scholastic online mentor teacher. She is licensed as both a teacher and principal. A graduate of George Washington University, Ruth has taught early childhood and elementary grades for more than 20 years. She has been moderator of the New Teacher Helpline since 2006. Her book, 130 FAQs and Practical Answers from Scholastic’s Teacher Helpline, is an outgrowth of this message board. Ruth is a mom of three and grandma of one. She and her husband live in Western MA.
